Jordon Murphy Plans to Remain Undefeated at Joe Hand Promotions Event

Jordon “Jiggy” Murphy is fighting Antonio Dunton on Friday May 13th at the Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.  The super featherweight boxing bout is being put on by Joe Hand Promotions.  

MILLIONS connected with Jordon ahead of the fight using the Ask Me Anything feature and he responded with a short personal video.  We used that to create the video above.

Here is a transcription of our questions and his answers.

Shane: How are you feeling heading into this fight with Antonio Dunton and what have you been focusing on during training?

Jordon: Man, I feel amazing going into this fight. You know, with all the hard work that we've been doing and we've been grinding for, there's nothing that's going to step in my way. So going into this fight, we're going to make a statement and we're going to put on a show for sure. 

I don't like talking about my training before my fight. So this answer is going to be short. Just know that we're coming in, we're coming to dominate, and we're coming to take all. So nothing in training is going to be told and you'll see exactly what we're doing in the gym in the fight, Friday the 13^th. 

Shane: If you could send a message to your opponent, what would you say to him? 

Jordon: A message for Antonio. You better be ready, bro. That's all I'm going to say. Like, I'm coming to take your oh, I'm taking it away doing whatever it takes to get that dub. So just know I'm coming ready, so you better come ready because I'm going to put on the show. 

Shane: What can fans expect to see in this fight?

Jordon: The fans can expect an exciting show. I'm definitely going to put on a show for my fans. All my fans know what I do, they know what I do in the gym, they know what I'm about, so they're prepared and they're prepared to see the best out of me and I'm going to give them that. So come Friday, the 13^th, just know that my fans and everyone watching is going to be a hell of a show and you're not going to want to miss it. I'm telling you that. 

Shane: This is your third professional fight, where do you see your career going after this bout?

Jordon: I see my career taking off in a huge scale. All the work that I put in in the gym and with my sparring partner D'Angelo, we're ready to take over the world. We've been putting too much work into this training camp and all the training camps that we do, and we're never slacking, every single day we're training, we're getting better at our craft, so our futures are bright and I definitely think that the sky's the limit for us. 

Shane: What's your experience been like on the MILLIONS platform so far?

Jordon: MILLIONS has been great. Everything about MILLIONS and everything that they've been doing for me. I appreciate it to the utmost. I couldn't thank you guys enough. You guys are working hard for me, you guys are putting out different products and marketing, so I couldn't thank you guys enough, and I promise you that one day we're going to make a big name out of you guys, because I'm up next. I’m telling you that.
