In the feature prelim bout of UFC Fight Night 241 at the UFC Apex, Tom Nolan (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) secured a TKO victory at 3:50 of the first round, defeating Victor Martinez. This young Australian fighter celebrated his first win in the UFC.

"I battled through my own adversity mentally going in. It’s stressful losing your debut, you know? You have to win your second fight," Nolan said at the post-fight press conference. "So for me, it was really make or break for this fight, and that’s a lot of pressure. I think I handled it quite well."

At 24, Nolan, nicknamed "Big Train", is a rising star in the UFC. Standing at 6 feet 3 inches, he holds a significant advantage in his division, and he leveraged this height advantage to finish the fight with a knee strike this weekend.
