Canadian boxer Arthur Biyarslanov enters the ring for his tenth professional fight on Friday. He faces Roberto Verdugo at a GYM Promotions and Probellum event happening at Colisee in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.
MILLIONS is using the Personal Video feature to connect with our athletes and we asked Arthur about the upcoming fight. He responded with a short ask me anything video which we used to create the video above. Here’s the original video he sent us along with a transcription of our questions and his answers.
Shane: You’re undefeated- what do you need to keep that clean record against Roberto Verdugo?
Arthur: I just got to do what I do and that's box and do everything I've been working in the camp. I had a tremendous camp. I could say by far it was one of the best camps that I had and I feel ready so expect a really good fight from me next Friday night.
Shane: What do you know about your opponent and is there anything you’ve been specifically working on for this fight?
Arthur: I know that he's a bit of a stocky fighter. He likes to come forward. I mean, I watched videos, we studied him. So me and my coach know what to do. I've been working on a lot of things, not just for this fight, but to improve myself in general. So I believe I made a lot of improvement because I feel a lot better in sparring and the camp went really well.
Shane: What would a win on the 25th do for you and your career? Where do you hope it takes you?
Arthur: Of course a win puts another one on the record for you, it makes you look better. Of course I want bigger fights. By 2023, end of 2023, I want to get some kind of a title shot. So hopefully I get some bigger fights and get right to that.
Shane: What kind of fight should fans expect and do you have a message for your fans?
Arthur: I think the fans should expect an explosive, speedy, composed, and vicious Arthur Biyarslanov because that's what I feel like and that's what I've been working on. So it should be a great night of boxing on March 25th.
Shane: Tell me about your experience on the MILLIONS platform so far.
Arthur: My experience with Millions has been tremendous. Millions I think it's one of the best platforms there is for athletes. You don't have to worry about anything. They do all the work for you, make designs for you, sell your merch for you. So anybody that is looking to sell their stuff, their merch, and get some publicity, I think they should all join Millions and get right on that. That way you don't have to worry then and worry about anything. And just the way you do and that’s to train and let Millions take care of everything for you.
